The parcel is currently zoned RI or <br />Single Family. The "Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map" has the subject <br />parcel guided as HR or High Density Residential. <br />This "Complete Appraisal Assignment" in "Summary Appraisal Format" has <br />been performed in conformance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal <br />Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation, and is subject to the assumptions and <br />limiting conditions as set forth in the report, <br />
