changed, waived, discharged, or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by <br />the parry against which the enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge, or termination is <br />sought. <br />25. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. The terms, covenants, and conditions of this <br />Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective <br />heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. <br />26. COUNTERPART. This Lease may be executed, for the convenience of the <br />parties, in several counterpart originals, each of which is in all respects similar to the other and <br />complete. <br />27. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS. The paragraph headings contained herein are <br />inserted only for convenience of reference and are in no way to be construed as a part of this <br />Lease or as a limitation on the scope of the particular paragraphs to which they refer. <br />28. LAWS APPLICABLE TO CONSTRUCTION.
