Plannin� File 3235: Request by Carlson-LaVine, Inc. to vacate a utility <br />and drainage easement on property located at 2965 Partridge Road. <br />Chair Klausing opened the hearing and requested City Planner Thomas <br />Paschke to provide a verbal summary of the proj ect report dated July 12, <br />2000. <br />io Thomas Paschke explained the vacation requested. He explained the <br />11 progress on preparation of the site for an office. The easement in question <br />i2 is no longer needed and no new utilities are needed. The property is <br />i3 surrounded by easements. Deb Bloom, Assistant City Engineer, <br />explained the reasoning for the vacation. <br />No additional public comments were received.
