De artmentApproval: <br />, ,. <br />Item Description: <br />REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Manager Approved: <br />� <br />D A T E: 07/24/00 <br />ITEM NO: C-3 <br />Agenda Section: <br />CONSENT <br />ANNUAL REVIEW: Above Ground Tanks in the City of Roseville <br />1.0 BACKGROUND <br />In accordance with City Council direction and City Code requirements, the Fire Marshal <br />has conducted his annual on-site inspection of all above ground tanks in the City of <br />Roseville. <br />As indicated in the attached Memorandum, there were, as of July 11, 2000, five tank <br />locations in the City, two of which are no longer in place. <br />All of the remaining above ground tanks (3), were found to meet the fire safety <br />requirements as prescribed by the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code, Article 79. <br />6.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br />Receive the report.
