21. SUBORDINATION. The Lessor's interest in the Property shall not be <br />subordinated to any mortgage or any other security or interest. <br />22. NOTICES. RECORDING. Tenant or Lessor, at their option, may record this Lease, or at <br />Tenant's or Lessor's request, each party shall execute a short form of Lease for recording <br />purposes. <br />24. CHANGES. Neither this Lease nor any term or provision hereof may be <br />changed, waived, discharged, or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by <br />the parry against which the enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge, or termination is <br />sought. <br />25.
