C. There is no other practical location for a garage, either detached or attached, on the <br />property. In order to place the garage in the rear yard on the south side of the parcel, an <br />existing patio area would need to be reconstructed. <br />D. The width of the driveway will not exceed 26 feet at the properry line. <br />E. The proposed variance is in harmony with the general purpose and intent of the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan and Title 10 of the City Code (Zoning). <br />F.
