<br />B. APPROVAL OF 1�IINUTES
<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br />July 14, 1997, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />C. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items Gl through CONSENT
<br />through G5, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: AGENDA
<br />None.
<br />Gl Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Monday, August 11, 1997 be established ABATEMENT
<br />as the hearing date for abatement at 2828 Griggs. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, HEARING
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />c-2 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Bernard Roeller's request for a minor BERNARD
<br />���� variance at 2958 Woodbridge Street N. for a detached two car garage within ROELLER
<br />the side yard be approved with the condit�on that the e�stmg one car garage
<br />and driveway on the north side of the property be removed upon completion
<br />of the new garage. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />c-3 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9429, extending the review R&SOLUTION
<br />period for Vision World, Inc. for 60 days, from August 18 to October 17, 1997, 9429
<br />for variance at 2277 Highway 36 West, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9430, extending the review
<br />period for Stuart Sellars and Carole Wedel Sellars for 60 days, from August 18
<br />to October 17, 1997, for variance at 1199 Josephine Road, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 943 1, extending the review
<br />period of Robert Skundberg for 60 days, from August 18 to Octoberl7, 1997,
<br />for variance at 1742 Alta Vista Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
