DUTIES OF THE COLLEGE/iJNIVERSITY. The College/University agrees to provide the following: <br />Title of Instruction/Activity/Service: .. Fire & Safety Related Courses. <br />Dates of Instruction/Activity/Service: Varies according to course. See Exhibit A attached. <br />Instructor/Trainer: <br />Contractor/Consultant: <br />INSTRUCTORAHTC <br />Location* . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Varies according to course. See Exhibit A attached. <br />Other Provisions: Date and time are subject to change as mutually agreed upon by the Purchaser and <br />Technical College. <br />11. DUTIES OF THE PURCHASER. The Purchaser agrees to provide: <br />Facility for instruction, equipment and attendance sheets. <br />, <br />IIL SITE OF INSTRUCTION/ACTTVITY/SERVICE; Purchaser shall make all of the arrangements, including <br />any payment, for the location to be used for the Instruction/Activity/Service. <br />1V. CONSIDERATION AND TERMS OF PAYIV�NT. <br />A. Cost of Instruction/Activity/Service: Not to exceed <br />Other fees: N/A <br />53,000.00 <br />Notwithstanding the thirty (30) day notice period established in paragraph VII, in the event that the <br />- Purchaser desires to cancel or reschedule the Instruction/Activity/Service due to low enrollment, Purchaser <br />shall-give at least 30 days notice in writing to the College/University's authorized agent to cancel or <br />reschedule. If the Instruction/Activity/Service is canceled as provided herein, the College/University shall <br />be entitled to payment calculated according to paragraph VIL If the Instruction/Activity/Service is <br />rescheduled as provided herein, payment shall be according to this paragraph IV. <br />Customized Training Inca�re Contract No. 3785 Page I of 3 <br />
