<br />I-1 Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, by resolution approve a five foot
<br />side yard setback variance for Ralph Jenson to allow a bituminous
<br />driveway to be constructed up to the west property line of property
<br />located at 201 McCarrons Street, and concurring with the finding
<br />and conditions stipulated by the Roseville Planning Commission and
<br />a,��a,;,-���r�,r�' f^��-��—L *'�° condition determined by the City
<br />Council ["that we re-notify the adjacent property owner of the
<br />Council's action regarding drainage".] Roll Ca11, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
<br />I-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, approve the
<br />request by Minnesota Waldorf School for an interim use permit to
<br />allow a temporary office trailer "Office B" adjacent [to] the school
<br />[entry] and [the] parking lot of the Catholic Community of Corpus
<br />Christi, 2 13 1 Fairview Avenue, for a period of one year, based on
<br />findings in Section 3 of the project report and subject to the
<br />following conditions: A) That the temporary office trailer not
<br />encroach onto any e�sting sidewalk. B) That the temporary office
<br />trailer meet the building and zoning code setbacks. C) That the
<br />temporary office trailer include safety skirting around the base of the
<br />trailer. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke and
