Oral Objection: Josephine Alphonse, 2972 Woodbridge Street: <br />PIN and Proposed Assessment: 01-29-23-14-0018 $1,259.00 <br />Nlrs. Alphonse voiced a number of concerns regarding the reconstruction of Woodbridge <br />Street and work done abutting her property. We have met with her and have the following to <br />report: <br />. Crack in driveway wing: This is a warranty item, the Contractor will replace it this fall. <br />. Widening of an existing crack in the center of the driveway: This is a damage claim that <br />has been referred to the Contractor. <br />. Tree health: Two evergreen trees located in the boulevard were trimmed up. There is <br />some sap weeping where the branches were cut of£ The City Forester has looked at the <br />trees and stated that the trees appear to be in good health. <br />. Sod questions: The area under the evergreen trees did not have grass prior to the <br />construction wark The Contractor sodded under the trees after they were trimmed up. <br />The sod appears to be doing as well as the rest of the lawn. <br />Recommendation: No change in Assessment <br />4. Oral Objection: Quent Hecker- 3050 Woodbridge Street <br />PIN and Proposed Assessment: 01-29-23-11-0026 $1,416.38 <br />Mr. Heckert had a concern about his driveway appearance, the Contractor sealed the <br />driveway at the request of the resident to address his aesthetic concerns. He also wanted the <br />City to relocate his northwest property corner, the survey crew has done this at this time. <br />Recommendation: No change in Assessment <br />5. Oral Objection: Michael McGinley- 2801 Woodbridge Street <br />PIN and Proposed Assessment: 01-29-23-41-0013 $1,377.03 <br />Mr. McGinley had questions about the new sanitary sewer service that was installed in <br />conjunction with this project. He had a sewer backup and questioned if the line was clean. <br />We televised the service and found some roots at the connection to the main. The City will <br />wark with Mr. McGinley to resolve this obstruction. He also questioned an additional cost <br />on his sanitary sewer service replacement charge. This additional cost was the interest <br />accumulated for waiting a year to pay it off. <br />Recommendation: No change in Assessment <br />
