EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 25th of September, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public assessment hearing held on September 11, 2000, Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION XXXX RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRNIING AS AMENDED 2000 ASSESSMENTS FOR INIl'ROVEMENTS P-99-02- 19, P-99-02-22, P-99-02-23, P-99-1 3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: The proposed assessment for 2000 improvement P-99-02-1 9 should be and is hereby amended as follows: Parcel ID Ori inal Assessment Pro osed Assessment 01-29-23-12-0015 $9.146.64 $2.286.66 The proposed assessment for 2000 improvement P-99-02-23 should be and is hereby amended as follows: Parcel ID First notice 35% Corrected Notice 100% O 1-29-23-41-0001 $17,736.16 $50,674.75 01-29-23-44-0001 $13 726.25 $39,217.85 This assessment shall be deferred until such time as this property redevelops or accesses Woodbridge Street. 2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendment is just and equitable to said proposed assessment, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of the cost of said improvement.
