Nays: None. <br />I-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve a resolution [as amended] Resolution 9813 <br />granting the variance to Susan Bruhn, 1983 Cleveland Avenue, for a 13- Susan B�bn <br />foot deviation from the required rear yard setback. The variance will 1983 Cleveland Avenue N <br />allow the replacement of an e�sting porch to a size 10 feet by 17 feet Variance <br />(170 square feet), 17 feet from the rear yard property line, based on the (PF3252) <br />staff findings of hardship.
