<br />H-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded to defer with interest the Resolution 9812
<br />assessment for the Rosedale Estates Apartments properties, 0 1-29- Adopting & Confirming
<br />23-41-000 1 and 01-29-23-44-0001, until such time as the frontage As Amended Z000
<br />on Woodbridge Street is developed. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Assessments for
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Improvements
<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded that we amend the roll for t�s
<br />[the Selden] property, [O1-29-23-12-0015], from $9,146.64 to
<br />$2,286.66, consistent with the residential R- 1 classification. Roll

<br />adopting and confirming the amended 2000 Assessments for

<br />a licensed bingo hall to operate and the Hamline Center, 2807 CUP - Bingo Hall
<br />Hamline Avenue North, until the next Council �pF3251)

<br />I-2 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, to approve a resolution [as amended] Resolution 9813
<br />granting the variance to Susan Bruhn, 1983 Cleveland Avenue, for a 13- Susan B�bn
<br />foot deviation from the required rear yard setback. The variance will 1983 Cleveland Avenue N
<br />allow the replacement of an e�sting porch to a size 10 feet by 17 feet Variance
<br />(170 square feet), 17 feet from the rear yard property line, based on the (PF3252)
