NOTICE OF CALL FOR REDEMPTION <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 18 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, there have been called for redemption and prepayment on <br />March 1, 2001 <br />those outstanding bonds of the City designated as General Obligation Improvement Bonds, <br />Series 18, dated February 1, 1992, having stated maturity dates in the following years, totaling <br />$325,000 in principal amount, and having CUSIP numbers listed below: <br />Yeaz CUSIPNumber* <br />2002 778085 XQ 8** <br />2003 778085 XS 4** <br />The bonds are being called at a price of par plus accrued interest to March 1, 2001, on which date <br />all interest on said bonds will cease to accrue. The City will deposit federal or other immediately <br />available funds sufficient for such redemption at the office of The Depository Trust Company, <br />successor to Midwest Securities Trust Company, on or before March 1, 2001. <br />The City shall not be responsible for the selection of or use of the CUSIP numbers, nor is <br />any representation made as to their correctness indicated in the notice.
