l. Bonds to be Redeemed. All of the Bonds maturing in the years 2002 to <br />2010, both inclusive, shah be redeemed and prepaid on March 1,200 1 at par and accrued interest <br />for each such Bond called. <br />2. Notice of Call. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />give written notice of call at least forty-five (45) days prior to March 1, 2001, the date for call, to <br />the paying agent (if other than an officer of the City) where said Bonds are payable and therefore <br />by first class mail mailed not more than sixty (60) and not less than thirty (30) days prior to the <br />date for call to all registered holders of the Bonds.
