� ; � � <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 23rd day of October 2000, at 6:30 <br />p. m. <br />The following members were present: , and the <br />following members were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. <br />Resolution Approving a Minor Subdivision <br />at 500 Roselawn Avenue <br />WHEREAS, Sherren and Timothy Heil have requested a minor subdivision of their parcel <br />located at 500 Roselawn Avenue for the purpose of creating two single family residential lots; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 1104.04E of the Roseville Subdivision outlines the procedures for a <br />minor subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is legally described as: all that part of the East 32 feet of the <br />West 1056 feet of the North 172. 67 feet of the South %, Section 13, Township 29, Range 23 in <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota which lies South of the South line of Roselawn Avenue as widened <br />All that part of the South'/z, Section 13, Township 29, Range 23 in Ramsey County which lies <br />within the within the North 172.67 feet of said %z Section, South of the North line of the Saint <br />Paul Water Works right-of-way as originally located; Easterly of the West 1056 feet of said'/� <br />Section; Westerly of the Westerly line of McCarrons Boulevard as widened and Northerly of <br />the North Line of Rolling Green Addition to said County (PID # 132923320001); and <br />WHEREAS, said request will create two lots that meet all applicable requirements (width, <br />depth, size, and setback requirements) of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that minor subdivision to create <br />two residential lots, both meeting the applicable R-1, Single Family Residential District <br />requirements, for property located at 500 Roselawn Avenue be approved, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />A. The proposed minor subdivision shouldprovide a five foot wide utility and drainage <br />easement adjacent each property of both Parcel A and B. <br />
