f Other findings deemed appropriate by the Planing Commission or City Council.. . <br />6.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On October 11, 2000, the Planning Commission held a hearing on this variance request, and <br />with findings, recommended approval of the proposed variance. The Commission discussed <br />findings for approval including: the impact of removal of the trees, the easement to the east <br />of the house, slope, and the pre-e�sting, non-conforming nature of the structure and the lot. <br />Other than the applicant, those present offered no public comment and no written comment <br />was received.
