The poNCh slab and the pNOpeNty cannot be put to a Neasonable use if used undeN the <br />conditions peNmitted by the oNdinance. <br />If granted, the vaNiance will not impact the health, safety, oN geneNal welfaNe of the <br />communi ty. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a variance from Section <br />1016.22A1(Non-Conformities), Section 161616 (Structure Design Standards), and Section <br />1004.02D5 (Dwelling Dimensions and Appearances and Height, Frontage, Yard and Lot Area <br />Requirements in R-1 Districts), to allow the replacement of a 25 foot by 11.5 foot (307 sq. ft.) four- <br />season porch at 382 North McCarrons Boulevard (PID # 132923240020) be approved. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
