First Time Homebuyer Programs: <br />Citv of Roseville Program - Provide free home ownershin education <br />that will include information regarding the bu�in,g nrocess, financial <br />assistance available and linkages with for sale homes affordable to the <br />first time homebuver. This �ro�ram will s�ecifically tar�et Roseville <br />renters who have an interest in owning a home. The Citv will contract <br />with a housing service nrovider to conduct the training and targeted <br />renter �ro r� am. <br />. Countv ProQram - Provides down �a�ment assistance for low-moderate <br />income households �urchasing their first home in Ramse� Countv. <br />. State Program - Provides low interest financing to low-moderate <br />income households to �urchase their first home. The home must have a <br />purchase price below $118.000 in the metropolitan area. <br />. Ramsev Countv Rehab Resource Line - A telenhone hotline that seeks to <br />brovide a"one-sto�-sho�" information service for homeowners interested in <br />housing rehabilitation. The Resource Line at 612-886-2809 has information on <br />over 30 rehabilitation loan �grams available to Ramse� Countv residents at a <br />varietv of income levels. <br />Section 6. Roseville Housing Fund <br />The City of Roseville adopts a budget for the Housing Fund annually. Dollars for this <br />fund come from grants, community development revenues, service fees and the one <br />percent industrial development and housing revenue bond fees. In addition, any <br />interest earnings generated go directly back into the fund as well as proceeds from the <br />sale of the Planbook. Tax increment financing and abatements may be used on a <br />project specific basis.
