Approval of Minutes Minutes <br />B-1 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br />of September 25, 2000 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, to move Item I-1 [Engelsma LLP, A�enda Chan�e <br />2807 Hamline Av N, Hamline Shopping Center] from its present Engelsma LLP <br />location to before Item C. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, <br />Wiski, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />Kysylyczyn moved, with no second, to add [approval Agenda Addition <br />of a burn permit at Roseville Area High School] to the Agenda as Bu� Permit <br />item C-8. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, Mastel and �HS <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />C. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that Items C-1 and C-4 through <br />C-8 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Absent: Mastel. <br />C-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, to adopt a proclamation declaring Proclamation <br />October 16-22, 2000 as Manufacturers' Week in the City of Minnesota <br />Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski, and Manufacturers' Week <br />Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Absent: Mastel. <br />c-2 Kysylyczyn requested Item C-2 be moved to D-3.
