The Application is due no later than October 31, 20U0. The Request for County Board Action to approve the Grant Applications is due November 13, and I must have the applications no lat,.r than November 3 in order to ha�e the internal review completed and the Board packet prepared for distrihution on November 13. Cities with Joint P �wers Agreements for collection of the City Recycling Fee must ha�e the City Recycling Fee amounts included �Nith the SCORE Grant Application. Please note that even for municipalities that do not provide recycling collection services to multi-housing units, you MtIST include inf��rmation about how those residents are assured the opportunity to recycle AT THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE. Municipalities must include multi-housing recycling tonnages on the 2001 semiannual reports, regardle::s of bow the collection service is provided. This is also a requirement in your 2000 grant agreement. If you do not ha�e your city council resolution authorizing submission of the application and acceptance of the funds by October :� l, submit the application with a note stating that the resolution is in process and when the resolution wiil be ripproved.
