EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of November, 2000, at 6:30 0' clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION XXXX <br />FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE, 1999 PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, <br />CITY PROJECTS M-99-07,99-10,99-11, and 99-16. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on June 14, 1999, Central <br />Landscaping of Forest Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated <br />with 1999 Park Improvement Proj ect. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order <br />for the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the warranty period specified in the contract shall <br />commence on November 27, 2000. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the <br />following voted against the same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
