EXTRACT OF MEETING MINUTES <br />OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, State of Minnesota, was duly held on the 13" day of November, 2000, <br />at6:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, Kysylyczyn and <br />Maschka, and the following members were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE TO REVISE THE <br />SCHEDULE OF OFFENSES AND ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES <br />WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Roseville has adopted an ordinance <br />establishing a procedure for adjudicating administrative offenses and providing for a <br />schedule of offenses and administrative penalties, and <br />WHEREAS, said ordinance authorizes the City Council, from time to time, to <br />identify administrative offenses and establish penalties for such offenses, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville has determined the need to <br />adjust the offense schedule and corresponding administrative penalty. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council does hereby resolve: <br />Adjustments to Resolution 9043, January 24 1994: <br />Offense <br />Alcohol and Tobacco Sales <br />License holder - Liquor <br />Seller, liquor, underage, on-sale <br />Seller, liquor, underage, off-sale <br />Administrative Penaltv <br />See Ord. 305.15 <br />$250.00 <br />$150.00 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mastel, doedeke, Wiski, Kysylyczyn and Maschka, and the <br />following voted against the same: <br />
