EXTRACT OF MINLJTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: November 27, 2000 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held on the 27"' day of November, 2000 at <br />6:30 p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />MODIFICATION OF THE TAX 1NCREMENT FINANCING PLANS <br />FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS NOS. <br />1 THROUGH 7 AND 9 THROUGH 11 <br />WITHIN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 <br />A. WHEREAS, there is a proposal to modify the Tax Increment Financing Plans for <br />Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1 through 7 and 9 through 11 within Development <br />District No. 1 under the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.179 and <br />Sections 469.124 to 469.134 (the "Act"); and <br />B. WHEREAS, a Modification of the Tax Increment Financing Plans (the "Plans") <br />for Tax Increment Financing District Nos. 1 through 7 and 9 through ll(the "Modification") has <br />been prepared; and <br />C. WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), has performed all <br />actions required by law to be performed prior to the approval of the Modification, including, but <br />not limited to, notification of Ramsey County and Independent School District No. 263, and the <br />holding of a public hearing upon published and mailed notice as required by law for the City; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville: <br />1216189.2 <br />
