A strict application of the City Code would not work an unusual hardship on the applicant, <br />and <br />There no unique physical features or building limitations preventing the applicant fi^om <br />constructing a conforming shed and a separate playhouse without a variance; and <br />No hardship, as defined by State Statute or City Code, was described or is apparent on the <br />property; and <br />4. The granting of the variance will notsignificantly impact the health, safety or general welfare <br />of the community, it would create a precedent not in the best interest of the City. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, after careful study and based on findings together with the recommendation from the <br />Planning Commission, hereby denies the request from Section 1004.0 1 A6, by Natalija Ericksen, to <br />allow a 384 square foot shed on property located at 2376 Cohansey Street, City of Roseville. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />\\Victoria\CommDcvAPlanning P'iles\3272_Ericksen, Natalija\Council Rcsolution.doc <br />
