<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members present 6:30 p.m.
<br />(voting order): Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Absent: Roll Call
<br />None.
<br />A. Communications and Public Comment
<br />A-1 Mayor Kysylyczyn read Kraus Anderson Realty letter on behalf of
<br />Engelsma Limited Partnership, accepting the City Council's vote of
<br />denial, withdrawing its applications for the Conditional Use Permit and
<br />transfer of a bingo hall license for a Bingo Operation at Hamline
<br />Shopping Center, 2807 Hamline Avenue North (PF3251)
<br />B. Approval of Minutes
<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, m^���—� r^�� [that the
<br />minutes of the meeting of October 23, 2000 which was continued
<br />on October 30, 2000, be approved.] Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through C-5 be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and

<br />C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, by resolution, approve the Resolutions 9833 & 9834
<br />reaffirmation request by Mr. James Westby for vacation of a�'�'estby, 480 Lovell Av
<br />roadway easement and two lot minor subdivision. Roll Call, Ayes: Easement / Subdivision
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. (PF2642)
<br />c- 2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to set a public hearing to Minnesota Investment
<br />consider the City's participation in the Minnesota Investment Fund Fund / IC Services
<br />and subsequent loan to IC Services, a Roseville company, for 6:30
<br />p.m. on November 27, 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br />for unpaid utility and other charges for November 27, 2000. Roll
