emo <br />,� c�� coun��i <br />Frome E d Burrell L� <br />C� Dabee 11 /29/2000 <br />Rae Materials for December 4, 2000 visit Wdh the Legislation Delegation <br />As the Council is aware, after the Truth-In-Taxation Hearing on December 4, 2000, the Roseville <br />legislative delegation will be here to visit with the Council regarding the upcoming legislative session. <br />While the Council has mentioned a number of individual Roseville issues, we are providing you with <br />copies of the legislative programs for the League of Minnesota Ciies and the Association of <br />Metropolitan Ciies. While the documents indicate proposed or draft, they are essentially the final <br />adopted copies. There are handwritten notes at the appropriate place where changes were made. <br />There is no one policy we could single out of the attachments as being unusually critical to Roseville <br />since changes would affect many cities. However, we will need to be alert since occasionally wording <br />in specific areas of legislation can affed Roseville differently than other communities. <br />The Council may wish to briefly review the approved policies prior to the meeting. <br />If there are issues on which any Council member would like more information, please let me know. <br />
