PS'PITION FOR 80M8 RIILE CHARTER <br />IN T8B CITY OF R08EVILLE <br />The undesigned petitioners, residing in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, desire to provide the electorate the .right to initiate new <br />laws and ordinances (initiative), the right to force a citizen vote on major <br />issues (referendum) , the right to recall elected City officials (recall) , and <br />the ability to place limits on expenditures of municipal funds without voter <br />approval; <br />Now therefore, the undersigned voters residing in the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota hereby petition the District Court, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br />§410.05 to appoint a Charter Commission to frame and amend a Municipal <br />Charter for the City of Roseville.
