STAT. §410.05 <br />Your petitioners are a citizens committee advocating the appointment of anine-member <br />charter commission for the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota. <br />Your petitioners respectfully allege: <br />1. That they have personally prepared the attached Petition, hereinafter referred to <br />as a Voters Petition and personally obtained the signatures subscribed thereto. <br />2. They state and allege that under oath each person signing such Voters Petition, <br />signed in the presence of one of the committee as indicated below. <br />3. That each person signing same was and is an eligible voter in the City elections <br />cf the City of Roseville. <br />4. That attached to this Petition and made a part hereof is Exhibit A. Exhibit A is <br />a copy of the official records of the City of Roseville showing among other things, <br />the exact number of ballots cast in the last election of the City of Roseville, to- <br />wit: 4, 692. <br />S. That ten (10) percent of the number of ballots cast in the last election in the City <br />of Roseville is 470. The attached Voters Petition contains 793 signatures, far <br />
