PETITION BOR HOMH RtTLB CHARTER IN THS CITY OF ROBBVII+L$ The undesigned petitioners, residing in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, desire to provide the electorate the .right to initiate new laws and ordinances (initiative), the right to force a citizen vote on major issues (referendum), the right to recall elected City officials (recall), and the ability to glace limits on expenditures of municipal funds without voter approval; Now therefore, the undersigned voters residing in the City of Roseville, Minnesota hereby petition the District Court, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes $410.05 to appoint a Charter Commission to frame and amend a Municipal Charter for the City of Roseville. We further request the Commission be composed of nine members, to serve as determined by the Court, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §410.05.
