EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />~ * * * * * ~ <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 21st day of December, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Roe, Ihlan, Pust and Klausing, and the following were <br />absent: none. <br />Mayor Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. 10772 <br />RESOLUTION SUBMITTING THE FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY <br />ON REAL ESTATE TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2010 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />follows: <br />"The City of Roseville is submitting the following tax levy on real estate within the corporate limits of the <br />City to the County Auditor in compliance with the Minnesota State Statutes. <br />Pro rams & Services $ 12,302,404 <br />Debt Service 1,980,000 <br /> <br />Total $ 14,282,404 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson and upon a <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Roe and Klausing <br />and the following voted against the same: Ihlan and Pust. <br />
