Cities are not required to seek bids each year, so in 2009 staff requested quotes from <br />the newspapers for 2009 and 2010. In 2009 the City spent approximately $920 in Legal <br />Notices. <br />REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Motion designating the only bidder, the Roseville Review, as the legal newspaper for the City of <br />Roseville for 2010. <br />Prepared by: William J.
