<br />/ -It- /) /", -:> <br />k'" P "~(./~J~ <br />, .2~ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />VillagE of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />August 19, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 19th <br /> <br />day of August, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Moll, Councilmen <br /> <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village Manager presented an affidavit showing pub- <br /> <br />lication of notice of hearing on proposed Sanitary Sewer Improve- <br /> <br />ment No. 8S-67-37 in accordance with the resolution adopted July <br /> <br />22. 1968, which affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory <br /> <br />and was directed to be filed by the Manager. The Village <br /> <br />Manager also exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of <br /> <br />Hearing to all affected property owners, which certificate was <br /> <br />examined and found to be satisfactory and was directed to be <br /> <br />filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The Mayor then directed the Manager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed <br />
