I <br />the following were absent: /}p'}1..( J <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Member Curley <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3065 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RElATING TO APWRTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO...l- <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, M[nnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement NO..J:... as finally a- <br /> <br />mended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assess- <br /> <br />ment roll have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment of the original <br /> <br />assessment be made by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville in order that the <br /> <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property <br /> <br />thereafter, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make <br /> <br />the following apportionment of original assessment against the following described <br /> <br />properties: <br />
