b.. Boats that are un-wrapped and in working condition may be displayed for sale in a <br />display area along the south side of the screened/fenced storage area so as to be <br />visible from County Road C, but all wrapped and/or inoperable boats shall be kept <br />within the screened storage area; <br />c. The storage and display locations shall be limited to the respective areas identified <br />on the site plan (Exhibit A); and <br />d. This approval shall expire on January 31, 2015 or upon the discontinuation of the <br />outdoor storage use, whichever comes first. The outdoor storage use shall only be <br />continued beyond January 31, 2015 with renewed approval of the interim use; <br />application for renewal should be made by September 1, 2015 to ensure that a <br />renewed approval may be granted prior to January 31, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Klausing and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Johnson; <br />Roe; Ihlan; Pust; and Klausing <br />and none voted against; <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
