Albrecht who resides at 2200 Boswell Avenue, St. Paul, MN <br />55108. <br />• The subject property is occupied by Minnesota Irrigation. <br />• The property is zoned I-1. <br />• The City continues to receive complaints from multiple residents in the area about the unsightly <br />outside storage on the property. <br />• Current violations include: <br />1. Open storage of materials in rear, side and front yard areas: <br />a) Violation of Roseville's Zoning Ordinance, Section 1007.02.B. (which specifically prohibits <br />outside storage in I-1 districts). <br />2. Operative vehicles and equipment being stored within the 40' rear setback area (adj acent to residential <br />property): <br />a) Violation of Roseville's Zoning Ordinance, Section 1007.O1.A. <br />3. Semi-trailers in a front yard area being utilized for storage: <br />a) Violation of Roseville's Zoning Ordinance, Section 1007.02.B. <br />4. Parking/storing inoperative/unlicensed vehicles on the properry: <br />a) Violation of Roseville's City Code, Section 407.02.0. <br />• The outside storage violations include materials and equipment of both Minnesota Irrigation <br />(which occupies the site) and Albrecht Landscaping (which operates out of 1408 Cty Rd C). <br />Mr. Duane Albrecht is currently in Ramsey County Court on a separate issue involving outside <br />storage violations at 1408 Cty Rd C where he operates Albrecht Landscaping. Mr. Albrecht has <br />been slowly cleaning the 1408 site. He claims in order to properly clean the 1408 site he must <br />temporarily move vehicles and materials over to 1450 Cty Rd C. Staff asked Mr. Albrecht for a <br />date at which time these vehicles and materials would be removed from the 1450 site but he has <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
