Extract of Minutes of Meeting of Village Council Village of Rosevillt Ramsey County, Minnesota Held November 9, 1959 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Tillage Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the Council chambers in the Village Hall of said Village on Monday, the 9th day of November, 1959, at 4:00 P.M. The Folloting members were present: All and the fol1oling were absent: None The Ma;ror called the meeting to order and announced that the meeting was again open for consideration of the proposed assessment for Sdlitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 which had been adjourned from November 5, 1959. After discussion and consideration of the various objections presented, Member Shields introduced the following resolution and mOlred its adoption. RESOLUTION #307 AMENDING ASSESSMENTS FDR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi1le, Minnesota, as follows: 1.
