<br />e~1 .71- 3676- <br /> <br />Lxtract of Hinutes of i'leeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Vlinnesota <br />September 9, 1968 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was held in the Village Hall in said village on ~bnday, the 9th <br /> <br />day of Septmnber, 1968, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following menmers were present: Mayor Holl, Councilmen <br />Curley, Grauel, Linebarger and Shields. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Village l~nager presented an affidavit showing publication <br /> <br />of notice of hearing on proposed Street Improvement No. P-68-25 <br /> <br />in accordance with the resolution adopted August 5, 1968, which <br /> <br />affidavit was examined and found to be satisfactory and was <br /> <br />directed to be filed by the Hanager. The Village l-lanager also <br /> <br />exhibited a Certificate of Mailing Notice of Hearing to all <br /> <br />affected property owners, which certificate was examined and <br /> <br />found to be satisfactory and was directed to be filed by the Manager. <br /> <br />The ~~yor then directed the 11anager to read the description <br /> <br />of the general nature and estimated cost of the proposed improve- <br /> <br />ment and the area proposed to be assesse~ therefor, as stated in <br /> <br />the pUblished notice of hearing. After reading of the notice, all <br /> <br />persons present were afforded opportunity to be heard, and the <br />
