SS-68-26 <br /> <br />B~ IT HESOLVED by the Council of the village of t~seville <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed the Village Public <br />Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement consisting of the installation of <br />sanitary sewer and appurtenances on Western Avenue from Maple Lane <br />Court to approxin.ately 529 feet north. <br /> <br />The Council also directed the village Public v~rks Director <br />to determine the estimated cost of the improvement, and whether <br />such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and <br />are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />office of the village manager. The improvement proposed to be <br />made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated <br />as sanitary Sewer Improvement No. Ss-68-26. <br />
