T.H.~6 ','!.D.~. to 22Q.80' N. 'I'.R. 36J.B.L. and WHEREAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, lfinnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified ad S.P. 6:::16-50, 59 (T.R. 51=125) ".._; and l'ffiEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office 01 t;.le Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Hinnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as--:?J:'..:. (216-5(), 59 ('1'.E. 51-.,L~5) _, which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1961. ~m~ XlX,XXDEJOOc, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, consti'~,ute the specifications for sai~l improvement of Trunk Highway Number 125 renumbe::-ed as T::-unk :I.:.ghway Number 51 ; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Vi118;:e Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions II as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorp0rate the plans and special provisions in t.!1s foregoing recitals particularly identified and described.
