RESOLUTION #308 Extract of Minutes of the Village Council Village of Rosevi11e, County of Rpmsey State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held 'in the Village Hall at 2701 N. Lexington Ave., St. Paul, Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 8th day of December, 1959, at 8:00 P.!'1. The following members were present: All, and the following were absent: none Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS AS TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 as finally amended and adopted on October 4, 1957, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County and, WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportion- ment of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 was held on July 11, 1958 and adjourned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for .sanitary Sewer Improvement No.1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on September 5, 1958 and WHEREAS since that date a number of parcels of property contained wi thin such assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by previous property owners and WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the Village Council of the Village of Rosevi11e in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Audi tor against each parcel of property thereafter, connnencing wi th an assessment to be collected in the year 1959 and thereafter, NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Rosev111e does hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 4, 1957 and as amended as of July 24, 1958 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: No. 380 - 2 Subject to Rd; the west 137 ft. of north 275 ft. of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Sec. 16 $1,385.45 Apportionment: Subject to Rd; the west 137 ft. of north 154 ft. of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Sec. 16 692.73 West 137 ft. of south 121 ft. of north 275 ft. of NE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NE 1ftt. of Sec. 16 692.72
