Compliance Failure 25 On December 28t", 2009, a Rosevi I I e Pol i ce Off i cer, al ong wi th an underage buyer, entered Don Pabl o' s to 26 conduct an al cohol compl i ance check. The underage buyer approached the casf�i er and ordered a bottl e of 27 Corona Light Beer. The cashier a�lced the underage buyer for I D and the underage buyer provided the 28 cashierwith her re�al MN Driver Licensewiththewords"Under21" stamped on thelicensedirectly over 29 the photo. The cashi er took the I i cense, I ooked at i t, and gave it back to the underage purchaser. The 30 cashi er then sol d the underage buyer a bottl e of Corona L i ght.
