I searched confirming he had onfy one valid MN <br />DL. A digital photo was taken to docum�nt the clothing and identity of the underage buyer. watched the <br />RPD Underage Buyer Educational Video prior to performing the buys. A CDR of the digital photo was placed <br />into PL#9. <br />At a�prox 1600hrs � entered Don Pabl�'s, he wafked upstairs and sat ai the bar. I waited in the car due to a <br />low number paTrons at the restaurant. The following is a brief synopsis of underaae purci�ase at Don <br />Pablo's . The bartender later identified as Jill Agnus Springer � approached and asked for his <br />arder. ordered a bottle of Miller �ite Beer. Springer did not ask for ID, or ask his age. Springer <br />open�d a bottfe of Miller Lite, and gave it to . <br />placed his coat on the bar stool, came to ihe main entrance, and motioned me to com� in. <br />informed me the Spring�r had sold an alcoholic beverage to him. We re entered the restaurant, and <br />informed me who sold t#�e alcohoGc beverage to him: I approached Springer and inforrr�ed her she had #ailed <br />the aicohol compliance check. 1 alsa informed Don Pablo's manager Kim Marie Elicerio ��, of the <br />faiiure.
