Proof of the compl �ed trai ni ng by al I empl oyee,s sel I i ng <br />21 or servi ng al cohol had to be submi tted to the Rosevi I I e Pol i ce Department by or on M ay 9, 2009. <br />22 <br />23 Compliance Failure <br />24 <br />25 On December 28t", 2009, a Rosevi I I e Pol i ce Off i cer, al ong wi th an underage buyer, entered Fuddruckers to <br />26 conduct an al cohol compl i ance check. The underage buyer approached the cashi er and ordered a bottl e of <br />27 Corona Beer. The cashier asked the underage buyer for I D and the underage buyer provided the cashier <br />28 with her real M N Driver Licensewith thewords"Under 21" stamped on the license directly over the photo. <br />29 The cashi er took the I i cense, I ooked at i t, and gave i t back to the underage purchaser. The cashi er then sol d <br />30 the underage buyer a bottl e of Corona. The cashi er was ci ted for the vi ol ati on and rel �ased.
