The proposed revi si ons and amendments have bcen revi e�ved and approved by the Ci ty Attorney. The proposed revi si ons and amendments broaden the def i ni ti on and scope of what the Ci ty consi ders a dangerous ani mal and the owner' s responsi bi I i ty i n regul ati ng the ani mal through proper adherence and regul ati on to Ci ty code. The f ol I owi ng amendments have bcen made: N oti ce of Dangerous Ani mal Determi nati on and Appe�al of Dangerous Ani mal De�ermi nati on. POLICY OBJECTIVE Approve the revi si ons and amendments to Ti tl e Fi ve, Secti on 501.16 of the Rosevi I I e Ci ty Code as stated i n the attachment.
