Reportinq: Contractor shall file all monthly and annual reports as <br />designated in RFP section 6. ANNUAL REPORTING AND <br />PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES <br />4. Promotional Activities: The Contractor and the Recycling <br />Coordinator shall work together in the preparation and distribution of <br />educational materials to insure accurate information and program <br />directions. <br />The Contractor shall produce and distribute an annual flyer to each <br />residence in the curbside program. The Contractor will also be <br />required to provide annually a multifamily complex recycling flyer to <br />Multifamily Complex owners, landlords or other designated contact <br />person in sufficient number that one copy may be distributed to each <br />tenant. The Contractor will provide a pdf or other mutually agreed <br />upon electronic format version of each flyer for the City. <br />The Contractor shall conduct its own promotions and public <br />education to increase participation and improve compliance with <br />City-specified resident preparation instructions. The Contractor shall <br />submit a draft of any public education literature for approval by the <br />City, at least one (1) month before printing and release of any such <br />literature. <br />By December 31 of each year the Contractor shall provide the City <br />with a work plan detailing the educational and promotional efforts the <br />16 <br />
