RESOLUTI ON RELATI NG TO APPORTI ONM ENT OF ASSESSM ENTS FOR TH E YEAR 2010 BE IT RESOLVED by theCity Council of theCity of Roseville, asfollows: 2� WH EREAS, the assessrnent rol I s for vari ous i mprovements i n the Ci ty of Rosevi I I e were 22 certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and si ncethe certifications, a 23 number of parcels of property contained within said assessrnent rolls have been divided and 24 conveyed, 25 26 A N D WH EREAS, sai d di vi si on requi res that apporti onment of the ori gi nal �ments be 2� made by the Ci ty Counci I of the Ci ty of Rosevi I I e i n order that the proper �ent can be 2s extended by the County Auditor agai nst each parcel of property there�after, 29 3o A N D WH EREAS, duri ng the ye�ar, numerous requests to apporti on the ori gi nal assessrnents 31 on numerous parcel s recei ved by the Ci ty of Rosevi I I e, 32 33 AND WHEREAS, it would be moreeacpedient to allow the Public Works Director or his 34 assi gned staff to apporti on the ori gi nal assessrnents i n as much as the City Counci I of the Ci ty 35 of Rosevilleapprovesall apportionment prepared by city staff when requested, 36 3� NOW, THEREFORE, theCity Council of theCity of Rosevilledoeshereby authorizethe 3s Publ i c Works D i rector or hi s assi gned personnel to make the apporti onment of ori gi nal 39 �ment agai nst al I of the requested properti es for the ye�ar of 2010. 40 41 The Ci ty M anager of the Ci ty of Rosevi I I e i s hereby authori zed to prepare a certi f i ed copy of 42 this resol ution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, M i nnesota. 43 44 The moti on for the adopti on of the foregoi ng resol ution was duly seconded by and upon 45 vote bei ng taken thereon, the fol I owi ng voted i n favor thereof : and the fol I owi ng 46 voted agai nst the same: 47 4s Whereupon sai d resol uti on was decl ared dul y passed and adopted. 49
