ORDINANCE N0. 1379 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE <br />10 OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING <br />THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP <br />DESIGNATION OF THE CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY AT 2570 <br />CLEVELAND AVENUE FROM <br />GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br />(1-2) TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WITH <br />AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />MIXED USE BUSINESS PARK <br />DISTRICT (B~) <br />The City Council of the City of <br />Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. <br />Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Code of the <br />City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File <br />08-023, the following property 2570 <br />Cleveland Avenue and legally described <br />as: <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br />TWIN LAKES ADDITION <br />is hereby rezoned from General <br />Industrial District (I-2) to Planned Unit <br />Development District (PUD) with an <br />underlying zoning of Mixed Use <br />Business Park District (B-8). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This <br />ordinance amendment to the City Code <br />and Zoning Map shall take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this <br />ordinance. <br />2.
