ORDINANCE NO. 1379 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE lO OF THE CITY CODE CHANGING THE OFFICIAL ZONING <br />MAP DESIGNATION OF THE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AT 2750 CLEVELAND AVENUE FROM <br />GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (I-2) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT WITH AN <br />UNDERLYING ZONING OF MIXED USE BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT (B-6~ <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File <br />08-023, the following property 2750 Cleveland Avenue and legally described as: <br />LoT 1, BLOCK 1, TWIN LAKES ADDITION <br />is hereby rezoned from General Industrial District (I-2) to Planned Unit Development District <br />(PUD) with an underlying zoning of Mixed Use Business Park District (B-6). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning <br />Map shall take effect upon: <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Approval and recording of the Final Plat <br />Approval of the Final Development PUD <br />Passed this 13th day of October 2008. By Mayor Craig D. Klausing <br />
