<br />63-3 <br /> <br />Extract ot Minutes of Meeting ot the <br />Village Council <br />Village ot Roseville <br />Coun ty ot Ramsey <br />State ot Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereot, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village ot Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 9th <br />day of September , 19~ at 7:30 o'clock F.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor ~~ll, Councilmen Curley, Grauel, <br />~nebarger a~d Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 3089 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 63-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village ot Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll tor Water Improvement 63-3 AS tinally amended <br /> <br />and adopted on October 14, 1963, was certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Water Improvement No. 63-3 was held on November 9, <br /> <br />1964 and adjourned to November 14, 1964 at which time assessments for Water Improvement <br /> <br />No. 63-3 were amended as provided by said resolution ot said date and certified in the <br /> <br />office of the County Auditor at Ramsey County on November 16, 1964 and, <br />
