RESOIDTION #309 Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Village Council, Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County., Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 2701 N. Lexington Ave., St. Paul, Minnesota on 'fuesday, the 8th day of December, 1959, at 8: 00 P.M. The following members were present: All and the following were absent: None Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION RELATING TO AMENDMENT OF ASSESSMENT ROLL, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 2 RELA. TING TO APPORTIONMENT OF PARTICULAR ASSESSMENTS BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.2 as last finally amended and adopted on November 9, 1959 and is in process of being certified to the County A udi tor of Ramsey County for purposes of including the installments thereof to be collected along lrith real estate taxes commencing in 1960, and WHEREAS parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been divided am conveyed by property owners since it was prepared and prior to the date hereof, and certain of said property owners are desirous of prepaying the assessment as it affects them, and WHEREAS the County Auditor requires that apportionment of the original assessment be made by the Village where the property has been divided, sold or aronveyed in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the Count,y Auditor against each parcel of property affected, NOW THEREFORE, THE Village Council of the Village of Roseville does hereby make the following apportionment of an original assessment as con't4ined in said assessment roll of November 9, 1959 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: Minnesota Transfer Railway Company Apportionment: '~rican Grain Separator Co. Except West 680.07 ft/ part of Northwest quarter southerly of N.P. Railway right of way and westerly of Minnesota Transfer Railway Company right of way in Sec. 8 $23,600.00 Beginning 1608.5 ft. North- easterly from West line of Northwest Quarter on a line parallel with and 100 ft. southeasterly at right angles from N.P. right of way, thence south and parallel with said west line 523.57 ft., thence east at right angles 400 ft., thence north and 2,000.00
